Met Dearie today to go Chinatown

He showed me a book that his brother borrowed from the library on Swiss.

I seriously hope the 2 guys has planned on the itinerary =P

So we changed money at Chinatown.

Run from 1 money changer to another to ask for the rates.

Too many money changers there, so exhausting.

The best rate for today we found, changing from SGD to:

EURO: 2.05

CHF: 1.35

POUNDS: 2.38

USD: 1.45 -> Change for my Mum

DONG(Vietnam): 12,000 -> Change for my Mum

I hope we got it at a good rate, if not I am gonna strangle those Indians who made my life so miserable by running everywhere.

Met Wendy today to get the luggage from her.

She has this nice trolley backpack, so she offered to lend it to me..

Bought a pair of walkie talkie too from Harvey Norman @ $79.90

Range about 8KM.

Ok..Thats it for today. Gonna continue packing my luggage now.

Train tickets are here!

We previously went down to Dynasty Travel to book our train tickets but their system was down and couldn't print our tickets.
They told us they will send it to Dearie's place...

And it is here!


Didn't want to get the rail pass because after calculating we decided that getting a point 2 point ticket would be cheaper for us.

Hotels are confirmed too! Thanks to booking.com , we saved quite a bit on booking of hotels.

So excited!!! 7 days more...

Dearie and I are going on a Europe & UK trip from the 11th June till 1st July.

Air tickets has been booked!
Train tickets booked!


We are in the midst of planning our itinerary...
Tentatively it would be like this
Singapore --> Rome --> Switzerland--> Paris --> UK


So few places right?
But Dearie said what matters most is the QUALITY time spent there. (plus Quan-lity and the Phia-lity time<--added by pammie due to my typo error..haha!) Not QUANTITY...


sobs...my Venice...my Holland...my whatever...wait for me till next time i guess~


Will be bringing my laptop there...so I will probably update my trip over here when I settle down in the hotel.
